    Additional fee for home visits, which will be available soon, and osteopathic manipulation treatment.

    Pap smear*

    Cryosurgery/destruction of skin lesion

    Excision of sebaceous cyst*

    Incision & drainage of abscess*

    Laceration repair (stitches)

    Endometrial biopsy*

    IUD removal

    A patient-only number is included as part of the membership for rare, urgent after-hours concerns.

  • Labwork:

    Empowered Health has a special agreement with Quest labs for significantly reduced labs. Patients may use their insurance if they wish, but our direct prices are so low, many patients choose to pay directly for their labs. Please call for additional details.

    In-office testing:

    -Point-of-care glucose testing

    Referrals:

    Dr. White makes an effort to get to know local specialists and community resources, making personalized referrals when needed.
